Nancy Jane has been a member of the New school of Colour for six years. She works in acrylic and watercolour paints. She explores nature and architecture in landscape images. Nany has lived in London since 1970 and the New School of Colour has helped develop her art.
In The Docking of the Boats, Nancy eludes to memories from her childhood of swimming, fishing and boating at Grand Bend on lake Huron. Most of Nancy’s images are chosen because they allow her to explore memories or desired memories through the mediums of acrylic or watercolour, while allowing her to expand her abilities with these media.
