Cathy Czuma has been painting since 2001. She has been a member of The New School of Colour for a year. Before that, she worked with a group of artists at Cherryhill Library for several years. She took classes at Fanshawe College, an Adult Learning Centre, and 2 artists at a Senior Centre, as well as learning from self-teaching art books. Reflected in her work is her love of nature and colour. Having made many landscapes, mostly in watercolour, and some commissioned portraits, she now turns her attention to experimentation in acrylics, finding that to be an intriguing challenge. She lives in London, Ontario.
