Mel Sheehan has been painting with the New School of Colour since 2011. She now lives in London’s Old East Village but was born and raised in Stratford, Ontario. She claims not to know Justin Bieber personally.
Statement:
Mel Sheehan believes that artistic inspiration can strike at any moment. The auction piece began as a reproduction of a hockey logo with a purple background when Mel suddenly visualized a beach scene, and “Cosmic Starry Night at the Beach” was born.
